Meet the 2023 Readers’ Choice picks for Best of the North Fork

As a part of our annual Best Of awards, we’ve asked our readers to select their favorites for Best of the North Fork 2023.

Several thousand readers cast their votes from a list of Best Of winners compiled by our staff.

We had more than 30 repeat picks from last year’s contest, but also a handful of first-time winners, like Barrow Food House for Best Takeout Spot, Macari Vineyards for Best Winery and North Fork Apothecary for Best Clothing Store and Long Island Aquarium for Best Kids’ Activity.

Some of the winners were decided by just a handful of votes, like Lieb Cellars narrowly edging last year’s winner, Croteaux Vineyards of Southold, as Best Tasting Room.
