There’s something about a food truck that gets us every time. Add the word derby and we’ll come running.
On Saturday, the Hallockville Museum in Riverhead hosted a Food Truck Derby featuring some of the best mobile kitchens on the North Fork and beyond.
Serving up their goods at the event was Eat Me, Drink Me Truck, Island Empanada, Mattitaco, Rolling Smoke, North Fork Doughnut Company, Moustache Brewery and much more.
Kids were also invited to wear costumes to truck or treat.
