An evening of cocktails, canapés and specialty dishes sourced from historic Sylvester Manor, drew crowds to Shelter Island for a good cause.
The 8th annual Farm-to-Table Benefit was held Saturday to support the non-profit educational farm’s programs. The culinary experience kicked off with guests enjoying refreshing cocktails, locally sourced hors d’oeuvres and freshly made sushi and Tuscan favorites while overlooking Gardiners Creek.
The main course, featuring Sylvester Manor’s meats and produce, included samplings of pastas, East End specialty carving stations and sides, and farm-fresh salad greens along with vegetarian accompaniments and sweet treats.
Brian Ripps & Friends performed as guests danced the night away as the sun set.
