Fondue Fridays
Chocolate fondue will be served every Friday at the North Fork Chocolate Company in Aquebogue.
Choose your favorite accompaniments to go with decadent Belgian chocolate fondue (dark or milk chocolate). The menu offers three combination options of fruits, sweets, crackers and cookies to dip.
Prices range from $13.95 to $17.95 for adults and $10.95 to $14.95 for kids, ages 3 to 10. Seatings are from 2 to 7 p.m. and reservations are recommended.

Holiday Celebration at Brecknock Hall
Celebrate the holiday season at Brecknock Hall in Greenport on Friday, December 16 from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Bring your family and friends for a visit with Santa and a special reading of “The Night Before Christmas.” There will also be crafting, hot apple cider and holiday caroling.
This event is free and begins at 6 p.m. Rerevations are required and can be made by visiting peconiclanding.ticketleap.com.

Shopping & Kielbasa at Polish Town
Enjoy an evening of holiday shopping in Riverhead on Friday, December 16 from 6 to 10 p.m.
Polish Hall will be open for a night of shopping, food and fun. Shop local vendors, eat kielbasa sandwiches, there will also be raffles and a cash bar. Proceeds to benefit Polish Hall.
Admission is free and all are welcome. Polish Hall is located at 214 Marcy Avenue in Riverhead.
3rd Annual Brine Riot
Enjoy an afternoon of oysters, pickles and beer at Little Creek Oysters in Greenport on Saturday, December 17 from 12 to 4 p.m.
There will be pickle and beer flights, oyster flights and bobbing for pickles. Enjoy a flight of craft beers by Greenport Harbor Brewing Co. carefully paired with a selection of Backyard Brine pickles and other treats.
Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at eventbrite.com or at the door.
Little Creek Oyster Farm & Market is located at 37 Front Street in Greenport.
Victorian Holiday Concert
Attend a traditional holiday concert in Southold on Sunday, December 18 beginning at 3 p.m.
Performers will include the Southold Opera Choir, the French-American Choir of New York, with dancers from the Moya Strast Ballet Theater.
Admission is $25 for adults, $10 for children and $15 for seniors & students. Tickets can be purchased in advance at Ye Olde Party Shoppe on Main Road in Southold.

Ice Carving Demonstration
Ice carver Rich Daly returns to Sherwood House Vineyards on Saturday, December 17 at 12:15 p.m. There is no entrance fee, but wine, soup and light bites will be available for sale.
Daly, who has been an ice carver for 15 years, is also a culinary arts teacher at William Floyd High School in Mastic Beach. He learned the skill while studying at Johnson & Wales University and now runs his business, Ice Melodies, Inc.,which creates handcrafted ice sculpture for all occasions.
