Help dad unleash his inner pitmaster in time for Father’s Day at a barbecue boot camp food demonstration at Waters Crest Winery on Saturday.

Join local chef Tom Fazio and pick up tips on making the best marinades, rubs and even learn how to turn your backyard grill into a smoker. 

Dad gets one free glass of wine or beer with his ticket and there will be plenty of barbecue samples.

The event runs from 2 to 4 p.m. and tickets are $45 per person. Call 631-734-5065 for reservations.
