The Long Island Antique Power Association held its 21st annual showcase event this weekend in Northville, where engine and tractor enthusiasts gathered to show off their equipment and admire what others brought along.
The event was scheduled for 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday and every year features tractor pulls, monster truck rides, an antique car show and a special section for children to learn about how engines work.
The association’s goal is “preserving the past for the future,” and there are several hundred members.
