Long Island’s tastes are now flowing in one place.
Cooperage Inn in Calverton is hosting a Craft Beer Garden every Saturday and Sunday throughout the summer.
It will pour local flavors from Greenport Harbor and Long Ireland brewing companies, to beers found farther west, like Port Jeff Brewing, Great South Bay Brewery, Brooklyn Brewery and Spider Bite brewing from Holbrook. And of course Blue Point Brewing.
Enjoy brews of your choice in their outdoor seating area. There is also a pub menu filled with beer garden favorites, like giant Bavarian pretzels and bratwurst with sauerkraut.
It also features a lobster salad served on a roll and a crab cake sandwich, which may seem more appetizing to some.
Cooperage Inn is located at 2218 Sound Ave in Calverton.
