Every Sunday we bring our readers a snap shot that, we think, encapsulates life on the North Fork.

Some of the 2014 scenes have included a goat soaking up the October sun, a one-year-old girl strawberry picking with her family and the fountain outside Jedediah Hawkins Inn which froze over in November.

Some were shot by staff photographers and some were taken by our readers.
