The sun was shining, the sea was calm, it was the perfect day for a restaurant opening in New Suffolk.

A new café serving fresh seafood sandwiches, chowders, fish tacos and more will soon open along the picturesque New Suffolk Waterfront.

In May, Maryann Birmingham, née Case, plan to open Case’s Place at the former Galley Ho property with her husband, Ken. The café’s name is a nod to Ms. Birmingham’s ancestral roots. (more…)
