The owners of the catering company were looking to do something with their Main Road tasting room following a busy wedding season. Enter a pop-up shop that offers the North Fork community access to quick and casual meals.
“Living here we don’t really have any fast food options,” said Jennilee Morris, co-owner of Grace and Grit and also co-owner of nearby North Fork Roasting Co. “Not that this is fast food, but when you want to go out and have a casual, quick, grab-and-go bite, sometimes it can be challenging, especially in the off-season.” (more…)
