Join winemaker Russell Hearn and acclaimed Chef Adam Kaufer for a six-course wine dinner at Grace & Grit on Monday, March 7th showcasing the best of the North Fork!

This intimate six-course meal prepared by Chef Adam features a winter caprese with our 2020 Pinot Grigio, clam bucatini paired with our 2020 Sauvignon Blanc, roasted root vegetables with the 2021 Suhru Teroldego, grilled Deep Roots pork loin alongside the 2019 Cabernet Franc, slow braised short rib with the 2019 Ember, and round out the meal with a glass of Brut paired with a savory cheesecake.

Seatings at 6pm and 8:30pm. $125 per person.
