About

Aquaculture and farming oysters on the East End of Long Island is an industry rooted in the history of shell fishing, watermen and the working waterfront. Oysters are not only delicious but are a regenerative food source that has a direct positive impact on
improving water quality.

Join the Peconic Land Trust for a behind-the-scenes tour with Little Ram Oyster Co. to find out more about these incredible bivalves! Owners Stefanie Bassett and Elizabeth Peeples will share their story, demonstrate their oyster opening techniques all while offering samples of their Little Ram oysters paired with a glass of local wine.

$20/person, space is limited, reservations required. Rain cancels.
