The path to inner and outer peace begins with finding inner peace within our own minds.

Only then can we bring permanent happiness to others. We learn through meditation to love unconditionally; then with growing acceptance, understanding, and empathy we develop inner strength. By following the path of peace in our own lives, we bring positive change for our families, friends, colleagues, and finally to all living beings.

Our classes include Dharma teachings along with guided meditations. These classes are suitable for both beginners and more advanced meditation practitioners. General meditation classes are given as a series, but can also be taken individually. No special clothing is required and chairs are supplied. Pre-registration for the in-person class is recommended but not required.
