Join us for an interactive conversation on the art of great
service through the lens of different businesses. A panel of local business
owners will share insights and experiences on their approach to generating and
sustaining relationships with their clients. What makes the East End unique?
What contributes to repeat business? What tools and techniques are most
effective? What challenges are common across all businesses? And what has
changed in the past 5-10 years? Their stories will provide a jumping-off point
for a larger conversation about the art of great service in our community and inspire
all business professionals to take another look at their own approach and
