Come Join us December 8th in our historic library for a one-night dining experience featuring a curated four course tasting menu from Chef’s Nate Hitchcock and William Murphy. The menu focuses on authentic, maritime influenced, regions in Spain with of course, a North Fork twist. Each course will be paired with a Spanish wine highlighting some of our favorite regions in Spain. Reservations Can be made from 5pm-6pm.
