A Moving Experience! Fun for the Entire Family!
The Sound Symphony Orchestra with guest conductor Alex Wen will be performing its annual Family Concert on Friday, February 2, 2024 at 7:00 PM at Comsewogue JFK Middle School, 200 Jayne Blvd., Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776.
*Snow date Sunday, February 4, 2023 at 2:00 PM
Repertoire includes:
Mozart: The Magic Flute
Bernstein: Overture to “Candide”
Peter Gynt Suite No. 1
Mission Impossible Theme
Saint-Saens: Danse Bacchanale from Samson and Delilah
General Admission – $20
Seniors – $15
Students – $10
Children under 12 – free
Veterans and Active Military – free with proper form of identification
The Sound Symphony is a unique and exciting orchestra that presents concerts throughout the entire year, performed by members of the community, for the community. Since our founding in 1984, we’ve offered a series of outstanding programs of both classical and contemporary composers. We seek to encourage talented young musicians with our family friendly concert every winter and solo competition every May. Come join us for a wonderful night!
