Please join us for an afternoon to taste & share Slow Food style! We’ll pour a complementary selection of Long Island Wine Country wines and ask all who attend to bring along home-made, locally sourced nibbles to share.
The Community Center is located along scenic Peconic Bay Boulevard in Mattituck. It’s heated, has a kitchen and lots of windows with a sweet view of the beach and bay. Our board members are already planning the tastings we plan to bring from our kitchens to share for nibbling. All guests are encouraged to bring your favorite locally sourced starters or sweets to share . We’ll supply wine and eco-friendly utensils, plates and glassware.
We’ve had a busy year and are making plans for an informative and social 2024. We’d love to hear your ideas about what we should be doing too. Our board members are all volunteers who share a passion for supporting local food producers, agricultural and aquaculture production, concern for protecting our environment, addressing food insecurity and much more on the East End. If you want to become more involved, this is a great time to connect with us.
