Jason Weiner of Almond Restaurant will be one of the featured chef at the Hunters and Farmers Feast at Sagaponack Farm Distillery (369 Sagg Road, Sagaponack, NY 11962) on Sunday, December 1 at 2 p.m. The afternoon will be hosted in collaboration with Andrew Mahoney, Jack Formica, and the Foster Farm at the Sagaponack Farm Distillery. The evening will feature six dishes featuring local fish, shellfish, beef, venison and vegetables from the farm. Local cheese, bread as well as a wild foraged dessert. Marilee and Dean Foster will be pouring whiskey samples and guests will have the chance to meet the farms and chefs. Tickets are $175 and includes the dinner, a signature cocktail, and winter beer from Spring Brewery.
