September–October Artist Showcase
This fall, the library’s showcase will feature the work of Lauren Prochera, an artist who practices pyrography, the art of burning designs into wood with a handheld heat tool. Using just one tool tip, she creates pieces that are full of detail and care, ranging in size from small ornaments to large wall art.
We invite you to visit the showcase during September and October to enjoy Lauren’s work and see the beauty of this unique art form up close.
