Sweet Dreams, Dessert Chef Competition
PBMC will host its 2nd annual Sweet Dreams, a dessert competition, on February 6th. Foodies from across Long Island will gather to sample creations from top chefs at East Wind Long Island. The chefs led by PBMC’s Executive Chef, Chris Singlemann, will create themed chocolate masterpieces with prizes for healthiest, most creative, and best overall. Guests will cast their vote for their favorite dessert while enjoying the great tunes from Dr. Sultan, sampling North Fork wine and craft beer from. Guests can also participate in a fun basket auction and 50/50 raffle.The proceeds from the event will directly benefit the Emilie Roy Corey Center for Women and Infants and Breast Health Programs.

The event starts with a VIP experience including – behind-the scenes, access, guaranteed seating and passed hors d’oeuvres. Guest Judge demonstration from Brian Fishman from Sweet Karma Desserts and featured on the Hulu competition series Cookie Cupcake Cake! Demonstration from top Paris Gourmet Chef too.
