Orient resident Douglas Gray is a stage manager and theater producer. During his decades backstage in the performing arts, he has had many unplanned appearances in front of the audience. He’s ended up on stages featuring Harry Belafonte, Twyla Tharp, Bil Baird, Kevin Kline, Patti LuPone, Ellen Burstyn, the Elephant Man, and in a tour of Japan with a troupe of blacklight puppeteers.
The session is free and open to the public. Donations to Poquatuck Hall, Inc. will be accepted at the door. Poquatuck Hall, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to maintaining and preserving Poquatuck Hall and Orient’s monuments. For more information, go to poquatuckhall.org.
