Join us for an enriching evening of Native American heritage presented by local indigenous community tribal members. The event, titled ‘Native American History All Year Long’, is a unique opportunity to learn through lecture, video, dance, song, and drum.
The mistress of ceremony for the evening will be Princess Naqúut Wusqhun (Crystal Treadwell) from the Unkechaug Indian Nation. The event will feature presentations by Jeremy Dennis, a contemporary fine art photographer from the Shinnecock Indian Nation. Jeremy is also the lead artist and founder of the nonprofit Ma’s House & BIPOC Art Studio, Inc. on the Shinnecock Reservation. His work explores indigenous identity, culture, and assimilation.

The event is free to attend and is being organized by Ma’s House & BIPOC Art Studio, the Riverhead Free Library, and the AAECF, Inc
