Join the Peconic Land Trust for a cooking demonstration, led by Justin Ruaysamran and Garden Director Rick Bogusch, and learn how to create fermented miso paste. 

Miso is a perfect addition to soups, stews and as an ingredient in marinades for fish or chicken to give you that “umami” flavor. Bring your cooking to the next level! Enjoy a tasting and take home the recipe to create it in your own kitchen.
