Hallockville Museum Farm, is hosting a presentation on the evolution of Long Island Farming as part of its farm-to-table workshop series, “Turning Back Thyme: A Taste of Hallockville.”

Hallockville Program Director and Long Island farmer, Herbert Strobel, Ph.D., will lead the discussion about the history of local agriculture and guide participants through a hands-on home garden project.
