The Greater Jamesport Civic Association invites all North Forkers to pay tribute to America on Monday, July 4th at 10 a.m. at the only official Independence Day commemoration in the Town of Riverhead. Guest speakers will include Town Supervisor, Yvette Aguiar, Town Historian, Georgette Case, and a performance of patriotic songs by members of the Jamesport Meeting House Chorus. The event will be held at the War Memorial near the George Young Community Center, Main Road at South Jamesport Ave. in Jamesport. The event is free and open to the public.
