How can I help my child be more focused? How can I help my child manage their emotions? These are some of the questions we get asked as meditation instructors.

As parents, you try to help your child as best you can but you don’t always have the answers. Our free, 40 minute online series introduces children to a simple meditation in an interactive and fun environment. This meditation can help your child manage their emotions, focus better and be less stressed. They will learn how to recognize, process, and release stress, worries, and anxieties. As they learn to let go, naturally, each child will learn about themselves, unlock their full potential and develop confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude. They will learn the most important skill for overcoming challenges while having a positive and focused mind. All in a relaxed environment while making new friends!
