Historic Cook Diane Schwindt will discuss “An Historic Timeline of Food” for the next lecture in Southold Historical Museum’s free winter series, Saturday, March 9, at 11am at Southold Town Recreation Center.
Diane Schwindt will take the audience on a journey to learn about the evolution of food. She will explain the
advancements and improvements that have been made over time and demonstrate the use of some of the tools that have been used throughout the progression.
Southold Historical Museum’s winter lecture series, titled “Farm to Table: A Not So New Concept” is free and open to the public. The next lecture with Chef Tom Schaudel will be Apr. 8.
