Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement journey, guided by a DJ who intuitively weaves sound to support personal expression & collective connection. Within a safe, sacred & sober space, dancers are invited to explore their unique rhythms. Participants are encouraged to let go of expectations & judgment, and embrace an open heart and curious spirit.
