East End Food Market in Riverhead is a project of East End Food Institute running Saturdays from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm through April 30, 2022 at 139 Main Road in Riverhead. With over 40 local food vendors, live music, activities from local nonprofits, and a rotating list of wineries sponsored by Long Island Wine Country, the market is perfect for day trippers and area residents of the North and South Forks looking to enjoy the bounty of the East End.
Special offerings on March 5 include:
– Pop Up booths from KK’s the Farm at Southold, North Fork Flour Shoppe, Squared GF, South Shore Mushrooms, and The Granola Plant
– Wine tastings from Osprey’s Dominion, Raphael Wine, Suhru Wines
– Local nonprofit Cornell Cooperative Extension Choose Local F.I.S.H
– East End Arts MLK Portrait Project created by local high school students
