We are transforming the Chronicle Wine’s tasting room into a pop-up dining experience, featuring the culinary talents of Grace & Grit, for a special dinner is on Friday, February 2 at 6 pm. Grace & Grit is crafting a sumptuous four-course menu incorporating local North Fork ingredients and purveyors, and pair with four new releases.

Toast to the New Year while dining with your fellow wine club members and Chronicle’s winemakers. Alie and Robin will guide you through each carefully crafted pairing—learn about the inspiration behind the menu and the development and vinification of each of these special wines.

Seats are limited and tickets close 48 hours before the event day on Wednesday, January 31st at 6 pm. Get your ticket ASAP!

 

THE MENU

Welcome Sparkling: 2022 As If “Gratitude” Petillant-Naturel

First Course: Scallop Tostada, Tropical Fruit Pico, Avocado, Smashed Black Bean, Habanero, Lime | Paired with 2022 Saltbird “Roseate” Rosé (new release)

Second Course: Grilled Clams, Thai Basil, Coconut Milk, Thai Chili, Lemongrass | Paired with 2022 Chronicle Wines Chardonnay (new release, limited bottling)

Third Course: Pork Tenderloin, Gorgonzola, Apricot Sauce | Paired with 2022 As If “Change” skin-ferment (new release)

Fourth Course: Duck Leg Confit, Pearl Couscous, Mint, Pomegranate, Dried Currants | Paired with 2022 Chronicle Wines Cabernet Franc (new release)
