Join us for an evening of chocolate and sparkling wine as you create your own customized chocolate bark with Chef Chocolatier Ursula XVII of Disset Chocolate. You will get to taste through a variety of chocolates, fruits, nuts, and other incredible accoutrements to personalize your very own bark to pair to take home. During this workshop, Chef Ursula will teach you how to carefully select ingredients and paint on chocolates to create your own chocolate bark.
