Enjoy a seasonally-driven, five-course tasting menu paired with rosé wines from the Château d’Esclans collection.

Crafted by Chef Christopher Watts, the menu will highlight each of the wines while showcasing the best of the Hamptons’ farm-fresh produce and locally-sourced provisions. Guests are invited to join us on the beach for a bonfire to cap off the evening. 

Château d’Esclans the winery behind some of today’s finest rosés including Whispering Angel and Garrus, brings the magic of Provence out east through a series of wine pairing dinners and exclusive beachside bonfires. The program will celebrate the best of summer flavors, spotlighting locally-sourced provisions expertly paired alongside Château d’Esclans’ portfolio in a gorgeous seaside setting.
