FIRST COURSE
Seared Long Island Duck Breast
Sweet potato puree, tricolor beans with cherry bourbon sauce
SECOND COURSE
Char Grilled Bacon Wrapped Filet
Potato croquette, roast Brussell sprouts and caramelized onion, and Dijon
cream
THIRD COURSE
Peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream
