STRONG by Zumba combines high intensity interval training with the science of synced music motivation to push the participant beyond their limits. It combines body weight, resistance style, muscle conditioning, and cardio training movements to provide the participant with a challenging yet safe way to increase their fitness level and give them a positive result.
