Our free, 40 minute online series introduces children to a simple meditation in an interactive and fun environment. This meditation can help your child manage their emotions, focus better and be less stressed. They will learn how to recognize, process, and release stress, worries, and anxieties. As they learn to let go, naturally, each child will learn about themselves, unlock their full potential and develop confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude.
