‘Tis the season for gift giving and if you’re on the hunt for just the right thing, look no further than these nine holiday markets and fairs where you’re sure to find the perfect thing for everyone on your list and maybe even a little something for yourself, too.

Pop Up Art Market at Terra Vite Vineyard

When: Saturday, December 3, members only from 5 – 6:30, open to the public 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Where: 250 Manor Ln., Jamesport

What you’ll find: Enjoy apertivi and snacks for purchase while you shop local artisans for artwork, apparel, holiday keepsakes and more. This shopping event is cash or Venmo only.

Holiday Artisan Market at The Inn at Orient

When: Sunday, December 4, noon – 4 p.m.

Where: 25500 Main Rd., Orient

What you’ll find: Locally designed and crafted items such as jewelry, prints, notecards, honey, jam, ornaments, sweatshirts, calendars, and more. Light, festive refreshments will be provided.  

Old Thyme Christmas Fair at Mattituck Presbyterian Church

When: Saturday, December 3, 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Where: 12605 Main Rd., Mattituck

What you’ll find: Handmade Christmas ornaments, wooden items, Christmas plants and greens, soups, bread, cakes, cookies, pies and more. Lunch will be available, and the fair will include a visit from Santa.  

Holiday Market at Garden of Eve Farm Brewery

When: Saturday, December 3, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Where: 4558 Sound Ave., Riverhead

What you’ll find: East End vendors and artisans, live music, face painting, crafts, hot chocolate and cider, craft beer, and food for purchase.  

Holiday Sip and Shop at übergeek Brewing Co.

When: Saturday, December 3, 1 – 7 p.m.

Where: 400 Hallett Ave., Riverhead

What you’ll find: 15+ local vendors, food trucks by NOFO Flour Shoppe, Eat Me, Drink Me, and live music by the Gene Casey Duo.

Holiday Fair at Southold Town Recreation Center

When: Saturday, December 3, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Where: 970 Peconic Ln., Peconic

What you’ll find: Hosted by the Southold Historical Museums, shop handmade creations by local vendors and artisans, a bake sale, crafts for children. Santa will be visiting from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. The fair will include a holiday auction with gift baskets for all ages.

Vineyard Barn Boutique at 99 Vines

When: Opens Sunday, December 4 and runs every Saturday and Sunday until Sunday, December 18, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., private shopping events are also available.

Where: 3985 Sound Ave., Mattituck

What you’ll find: Unique, one-of-a-kind gifts created by local women business owners. Vendors include Sabun by the Bay, 99 Vines Farm, Seestone Jewelry, Crafty Lady, Kim’s Krafts, and more.

East End Merry Market at The Suffolk

When: Sunday, December 4, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Where: 118 E. Main St., Riverhead

What you’ll find: Over 30 local, East End vendors featuring handmade goods, art, gifts, and more. Visit from Santa from noon – 5 p.m. Hot chocolate and hot toddies, raffles, and live music will also be enjoyed.

Holiday Markers Market at Greenport Harbor Brewery

When: Saturday, December 10, 1 – 5 p.m.

Where: 42155 Main Rd., Peconic

What you’ll find: Unique collections of handmade jewelry, paper items, woodwork, metalwork, stained glass art, artwork, vintage finds, floral creations, and pastries crafted by local artists, creators, and merchants.
