It’s officially September, which means it’s time for grape harvesting on the North Fork.
At Croteaux Vineyards, the vinifera grapes have ripened to a deep purple hue and will soon be hand-picked and transformed into the winery’s famed Provençal-style rosé.
Croteaux Vineyards is the only winery in the U.S. dedicated to exclusively crafting rosé.
Still and sparkling rose flights are served in a relaxing, french-inspired garden overlooking 10.5 acres of vineyards and two historic farms, giving the space a vintage feel.
