4. Faggotini 

Meaning “little bundles,” these heavenly pasta morsels are filled with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and pecorino and topped with a white wine cream sauce, chopped walnuts, grated pear, caprine fresca and cherry tomatoes.

5. House-made ricotta cavatelli with braised short rib ragu 

Their pizzas are top-notch but do not sleep on their pasta dishes, they’re divine.
