5. House-made ricotta cavatelli with braised short rib ragu
Their pizzas are top-notch but do not sleep on their pasta dishes, they’re divine.

If you’d rather make it at home, head to this market for freshly frozen pasta options including ravioli, stuffed shells and more.
7. Gnocchi con Funghi
This dish of housemade gnocchi with ricotta, wild roasted mushrooms, green peas in brown butter and sage is the winter dish of our dreams.
