One Minute on the North Fork: An afternoon at Hedgewood Farm

We visited Hedgewood Farm in Laurel on one of the first spring-like days as riders got outdoors for the first time in months.

In the warm sunlight, co-owner and instructor Dawn Hommel-Colosi called out instructions and reminders to be confident as other riders were brushing and tacking up their horses before an after-school lesson.

The farm, located along Main Road, offers boarding, lessons, showings and camps for all ages.
