It doesn’t get any more peaceful than New Suffolk in the winter.
With sweeping views of Cutchogue Harbor and Robins Island, the tucked-away hamlet is a testament to the area’s bountiful maritime history and charm.
The New Suffolk Waterfront Fund has worked for more than a decade to preserve the waterfront, transforming the former Galley Ho restaurant, rebuilding the marina and restoring a jetty to maintain public access for walking, sitting, picnicking and fishing.
Despite a cloudy day, we took advantage of a near-60-degree day for a walk around the waterfront and were rewarded with these moody views.
