Bridge Lane Wine in Mattituck is known as the casual companion to the nearby Lieb Cellars.
Its six wines, which come in all types of free and easy packaging, are made in what they call a “fresh, fruity style.” This summer they set out to revamp a tasting room that reflects this approach.
The renovation, which was done with support from HK Landscape Architecture and Coastal Plantings, includes a new gravel patio, outdoor bar area, updated landscaping and lighting, and two colorful shuffleboard courts.
“The rainbow-painted picnic tables on the patio create a fun, welcoming space for groups to gather, and the Adirondack chairs scattered throughout the lawn allow for more intimate seating for smaller parties,” the winery noted in a press release.
