Landcraft Gardens (credit: Felicia LaLomia).

On a quiet road in Mattituck is a garden oasis full of blooms of all shapes and sizes.

The Landcraft Garden was started in 1992 by founders Dennis Schrader and Bill Smith when they purchased 17 acres of land surrounding an 1840s-era farmhouse.

Now visitors can see what they have built in the past 30 years on the land by visiting the gardens, open Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $15.

Throughout the summer, they will have different flowers and plants blooming and growing and an art sculpture installation.

Spend one minute with us there.
