The famous Eleven Madison Park in New York City remains closed for the safety and well-being of their guests and staff, but that doesn’t mean you still can’t enjoy their insanely delicious food. Since October, the popular restaurant has offered a meal kit called EMP at Home that serves two to four people with pickups throughout the Tri-State area — now including the North Fork.
On Saturdays at Sparkling Pointe, those who order the kits at least 48 hours ahead of time can pick up their Michelin starred meal for $250 to $395, depending on what is ordered. Some of the dishes are already prepared while others require a little work from the diner. Feast on a ready-to-roast D’Artagnan Green Circle chicken stuffed with black truffle, foie gras and brioche, bone marrow-crusted beef tenderloin, whole roasted cauliflower or Montauk fluke en papillote. Each menu also comes with side dish selections such as spring greens, carrots and radish with a buttermilk vinaigrette or beets, ricotta and strawberry and sweet endings like a rhubarb tarte or chocolate hazelnut granola.
“It has been so incredible to connect with our guests outside of New York City,” Chef Daniel Humm said. “We’ve always known that our guests are some of the most engaged, curious and fun people out there, and we’ve loved getting to maintain that element of connection and service even when we can’t be in the same room together.”
Cocktails and a curated selection of wines from the Eleven Madison Park wine cellar are also available. For each dinner purchased, EMP donates ten meals to Rethink Food, which supports food insecure New Yorkers.
To celebrate this partnership, Sparkling Pointe is offering Northforkers another way to enjoy Eleven Madison Park. On Saturdays in March, enjoy a special pairing of Sparkling Pointe wines with EMP’s foie gras terrine with maple, apple and lemon brioche. The tastings are $130 for two tasting flights.
