Course options include a roasted bone marrow and black truffle beef carpaccio, crispy salmon with kohlrabi, champagne chicken and caviar and white chocolate pavlova. For a little something extra on top of a wine tasting, two North Fork wineries are bringing cupcakes to the party. Paumanok Vineyards is pairing up with SweetFancyLI with three semi-savory cupcakes paired with a flight of Blanc de Blancs, Rosé and Grand Vintage Merlot. Sparkling Pointe is bringing a little extra sparkle to the day with three types of bubbly paired with a dozen mini cupcakes, and they even have the tasting available for take out.
A dinner for all at Bistro 72
Over in Riverhead, Bistro 72 has a full prix fixe meal on the menu for this Valentine’s Day at $59 a person. Three courses feature appetizers like calamari, entrees including rack of lamb and sea scallops and desserts like tiramisu and three chocolate coppa.
