“Tony’s Fusion’s Thai Basil Spicy Noodles are the perfect balance of soft noodles, chicken, shrimp and crunchy spicy peppers which add just enough heat to clear your sinus! They were a sales office favorite for lunch!” – Kerri Whitehead, Sales Executive

Tony’s Fusion North is located at 9650 NY-25 in Laurel.

“We like the steamed chicken and pork dumplings at Jan’s in Mattituck. They’re always a crowd pleaser.” – Sarah Olsen, Special Projects

Jan’s Chinese Food is located at 10095 Main Road #16 in Mattituck.

“We go to Sushi 1 in Westhampton Beach. It’s a small, unassuming place with great sushi rolls and worth the drive to the south side!” – Debbie Schulz, Advertising Executive

Sushi 1 Restaurant is located at 210 Mill Road in Westhampton Beach.

“I can’t get enough of Opties and Dinghies on Village Lane in Orient for out-of-this-world Asian food in the most unassuming little spot. Although I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ever eaten there (hello, local edamame, spicy cold sesame noodles, and scallion pancakes) my absolute favorite menu item are the fried vegetable dumplings with spicy dipping sauce. The dumpling dough has the perfect consistency – not too starchy and just lightly crisp – and the dumpling filling is super fresh and light. But it’s the spicy dipping sauce which is the true show-stealer! Insider tip: don’t forget to order the fresh lemonade with mix-in options of mint, orange, lavender, ginger, or lime – it’s simply amazing.” – Michelina Da Fonte, Associate Lifestyle Content Director

Opties and Dinghies is located at 1010 Village Lane in Orient.

“My go-to Asian takeout is Stirling Sake Duck Ramen. It’s so fresh and delicious and warms me right up! I love that you can order online and pick up is fast and easy.” – Tina Contento, Advertising Executive

Stirling Sake is located at 477 Main Street in Greenport.

“I recently tried the Spring Maki sushi entree from Sakura in Greenport, and it was so delicious. I never really think of sushi as something that will fill me up, but this combo did. It comes with a California tuna avocado and a salmon avocado roll, plus a salad and miso soup. On the salad is a ginger dressing that I could drink, it’s so delicious and the rolls are so fresh. And when I can’t make it out to Greenport, I head to their Riverhead location with the same menu.” – Felicia LaLomia, Lifestyle Reporter

Sakura Japanese Restaurant is located at 204 Front Street in Greenport.

“Fresh, spicy and veggie-forward, Vietnamese cooking is foodie heaven to me. Wednesday’s Table isn’t the North Fork Pho palace of my dreams, but until that happens (please, universe!), owners Linh Trieu and Lena Tanzi make a crazy-good pork shoulder banh mi,  lemongrass chicken sandwich, shrimp summer rolls and Asian-influenced salads.” — Sara Austin, Editorial Director

Wednesday’s Table is located at 53345 Main Road in Southold.
