Out on the North Fork, we have been lucky when it comes to fitness. With myriad gyms and studios in the area—and workout locations like vineyards, beaches, and even goat farms—many of them have offered virtual or outdoor classes through the quarantine period to help us stay fit, both physically and emotionally.
With the announcement that all gyms could open in early September, many businesses in the area are expanding their socially distant fitness activities to include some indoor ones. Here’s a list of all the fitness studios and gyms open on the North Fork and what they are offering.
