The Montauk-based seafood restaurant Duryea’s Lobster Deck is opening up a new North Fork location this week.

Located at the former Orient by the Sea site, Duryea’s Orient Point will officially open its doors to the public on Friday. The 3,000-square-foot space includes both indoor and outdoor seating and a full bar and lounge area all with waterfront views. They also will have several boat slips for vessels up to 75 feet long at their marina.

The interior has casual, comfortable and rustic vibes with natural wood tables and bamboo seating that lead out to Gardiner’s Bay. A Mediterranean style also comes through with shades of blue and neutral colors throughout the restaurant.

The menu will feature plenty of lobster, with their classic lobster roll and lobster cobb salad. They will also have a full raw-bar selection including oysters and clams. The seafood platters will offer plates of oysters, snow crab claws, jumbo shrimp, little neck clams and tuna tartare. Duryea’s famous crudité will have a fried veggie basket with tzatziki and Haloumi cheese, plus plenty of spreads like hummus and green tahini with olives and flat bread. To round out their seafood offerings, Spanish octopus and crab falafel croquettes will be available. Other entrees will include a braised lamb gyro, falafel gyro and cheeseburger. Lobster, lobster pasta, veggie kabobs, mussel mariniere, grilled branzino, NY strip steak and lemon pepper organic chicken are also available as shared mains. They have not forgotten the little ones with a kid’s menu complete with chicken fingers, grilled cheese and more.

Duryea’s Orient Point will open on Friday June 26 and be open Wednesday through Monday from noon to 11 p.m.40200 Main Road, Orient Point, www.duryeaop.com, 631-323-2424
