The Dish: Salt & Sea Burger

Chef Fasano’s Salt & Sea burger is topped with Gouda cheese, smoked bacon, caramelized onions, and mustard aioli and is served on a toasted brioche bun. This serious burger is served with a side of french fries or a salad.
“Big, juicy and messy, this burger tells a story,” Fasano said. The Gouda cheese is easy to melt and takes a burger to the next level. A sharp whole-grain mustard is used in the mustard aioli, giving the burger a smoky, spicy and sweet finish.
Inspired by growing up in Brooklyn and watching the restaurant scene explode around her, chef Fasano recalls a bistro with a “killer burger” that started it all. Her Salt & Sea burger is an homage to her hometown and memories that take her back one bite at a time.
