Ichi Sushi & Ramen

Known for its authentic ramen and lunch specials, Ichi Sushi & Ramen’s special mid-day menu includes sushi bar lunch, bento boxes and roll combos. At least seven different choices of ramen are on the menu, including sesame ramen, seafood ramen and shoyu (pork) ramen. Special rolls include the Christmas roll with spicy crunchy tuna inside topped with salmon, and the L.I.E. roll with shrimp, crabmeat and spicy salmon.

Midori Sushi & Steakhouse

For some seriously good teriyaki and cocktails, as well as signature sushi rolls, head to Midori in Mount Sinai. There is a happy hour menu everyday at the bar and lounge beginning at 4:30 p.m., which includes a variety of salads, cold/hot appetizers and signature or classic sushi rolls. Top choices include the sushi burrito with spicy crunch tuna and green apple, and the Midori roll with fresh Maine lobster and mango.

Sam’s Sushi Bistro

Known for its fun, innovative presentations, Sam’s has a lot to offer sushi lovers. Special rolls not-to-miss are the Dancing Dragon Roll with crab tempura, shrimp, avocado and grilled eel outside; Farmingville Roll with spicy lobster, cucumber, mango and eel sauce with wasabi mayo; and Sunshine Roll with spicy tuna, spicy lobster inside topped with tuna, yellowtail and avocado.
