Where to pick your own strawberries on the North Fork

June has arrived, marking the start of strawberry season on the North Fork. The U-pick offerings at local farms should last through the end of the month. Check out these five places to pick your own while they last.

Garden of Eve Organic Farm and Market

Lewin Farms

U-pick fields are generally open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but the farm recommends calling in advance to confirm hours of operation. Lewin is closed Tuesday. $3 per pound. Cash only; ATM on premises.
